Grief work one-on-one - Rhythm is offering creative support to help individuals heal emotionally and spiritually whoever and wherever the grief comes from. Grief can be caused by death, abandonment, intergenerational trauma, rage, physical trauma, loss of faith, spiritual depression, just to name a few…. Your grief is valid. In these sessions, rhythm will provide a loving base on which to explore what's happening for you that usually includes mindfulness and somatic practices. She places special care around finding creative tools to assist, which are tailored to the person and their situation. We can go on hikes, paint, just breath, cry or sing - the flow is full of varying approaches.

this can be done in a small family setting or one-on-one. It is suggested to have at least two other people to bare witness to your healing process.

We incorporate intuitive mindful movement, sound and other natural elements, this is a ritual that bringsb emotional awareness to the grieving energy held within the body.

This is offered for all forms of grief. You will be held, supported and witnessed to your desire through this process.
